CodeUnitInfoPasteCmd

Creates a new command for pasting comments/labels.

Parameters:

startAddr - starting address for info

infoList - list of CodeUnitInfo objects that will be applied

pasteLabels - true if labels should be applied, else false

pasteComments - true if comments should be applied, else false
